Hello. Your shoe collection is beautiful. I have a porcelain shoe that was my grandmothers in my curio cabinet. It is white with painted fruit on the toe and hear and gold accents. Her father gave her 10 cents for her sixteenth birthday and she went to the mercantile and purchased this shoe. That was in 1898. It is approx. 6 inches long and 4 inches high. I find it very beautiful. I really didn’t know if people collected these. I have it for the sentimental value. I hope to pass it on to one of my neices. thank you for your website. I have searched and searched for anything to do with porcelain shoes and your site has helped very much. Thank you.
